Then join our Internship Program! **Working hours:** 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday). **Job location:** Caldas Novas, GO — 100% in-person **Internship stipend:** BRL 2,363.26; after 90 days, BRL 2,588.72 **Benefits:** * Personal accident insurance: protection and security for you * Online course platform offering certificates valid for supplementary college hours * Gympass * 6-hour workday * “Meu Bem-Estar” (My Well-being) Program * Exclusive development program for interns **Responsibilities:** * Screening tasks focused on directing customers to appropriate services according to their needs * Assisting in clarifying inquiries and supporting customers at terminals and platforms (products, balances, statements, TEDs, various inquiries, etc.) * Assisting in issuing provisional cards and requesting replacement cards * Assisting with installation and use of mobile banking and internet banking applications * Receiving mailbags * Assisting in organizing and locating documents * Managing and organizing material inventory * Observing and supporting the services provided by Branch Clerks in the self-service area * Monitoring and maintaining signage, demarcation lines, and posters * Digitizing and uploading accounts payable (e.g., water and electricity, condominium fees, municipal and state taxes/fees) into the system **Requirements:** * Undergraduate students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in the following fields: Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Business Management, Service Management, Managerial Processes, Administrative Management, Banking Management, Sales Management. * Availability to complete the full 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning or afternoon shift); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **All positions are inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs)** **About Mercantil Bank:** With nearly 80 years of history, Mercantil is undergoing a transformation—blending tradition with innovation and placing customers at the center.
