As a customer service intern, you will be responsible for: * Attending to and clarifying customer inquiries clearly and concisely, providing detailed information about services or processes to promote satisfaction. * Delivering personalized service, providing agile and efficient support to ensure the best customer experience. * Scheduling in-person and WhatsApp appointments for examinations in the system. * Collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient daily operation of services. **BENEFITS** Internship stipend: R$ 850 + Transportation Voucher + Basic Food Basket. **REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields. **LOCATION** Maraponga and Messejana units. **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. Morning or afternoon shift. **SKILLS** * Enjoy working with the public; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Dynamic and proactive attitude; * Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
