Opportunity to strengthen institutional image and identify business opportunities Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance (SEST SENAT), Life insurance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Requirements** * Knowledge of the transportation and logistics sector (preferred); * Prior experience in trade unions, associations, corporate customer service, or commercial roles; * Commercial, communicative, and persuasive profile, with strong negotiation and corporate outreach skills; * Proactivity, dynamism, and results orientation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and institutional contact abilities; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word; **Responsibilities:** * Manage service delivery, relationship building, and retention of affiliated transportation companies and partners; * Prospect new companies, present membership benefits, and expand the union’s membership base; * Conduct active outreach (phone, WhatsApp, in-person visits, and email) for member acquisition and retention; * Support administrative and commercial tasks; * Assist with routine administrative activities; * Monitor services offered by the union and support the communications department (news and publications); * Support activities related to RNTRC. **Institutional and Commercial Promotion** * Promote union training programs, events, campaigns, and services among member companies; * Serve as local support for event organization (attendance lists, certificates, coffee breaks); * Strengthen the union’s institutional image within the region. **Surveys, Prospecting, and Regional Mapping** * Identify opportunities for regional expansion of the union’s membership base; * Assess local needs (infrastructure, regulatory enforcement, training, safety, etc.); * Conduct rapid surveys with transporters and companies (via forms, WhatsApp, or interviews); * Map strategic topics for commercial, institutional, and event-related initiatives; * Prepare monthly reports detailing outcomes, activities performed, and identified opportunities; * Collect company feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.
