Then check out the opportunity we have here: **Responsibilities and duties** **HOW YOU WILL WORK HERE** * Support initial screening, directing customers to service according to their needs; * Assist in clarifying doubts and supporting the use of terminals and platform (products, balances, statements, TEDs, various inquiries, etc.); * Help issuing temporary cards and requesting new copies; * Assist with installation and use of mobile banking and internet banking applications; * Support inventory control and organization of materials; * Help organizing and locating documents. * Monitor and correct signage, demarcation, and posters; * Digitize and upload payment accounts into the system (water and electricity, condominium, municipal and state taxes/fees); * Archive daily transaction documents. **** **Requirements and qualifications** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * Be a higher education student, duly enrolled at an educational institution; * Courses: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economic Sciences, Business Management, or related fields. * Availability to complete 1 year of the Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning shift). **Work Location:** * Caldas Novas / Goiás (in-person); **Additional information** **What we offer to interns:** * Scholarship of R$2\.363,26 and after 90 days, R$2\.588,72; * Transportation allowance \- no deduction from scholarship value; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance \- no deduction from scholarship value; * Mercantil Development Academy All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
