If you possess strong teaching skills, clear communication, and wish to make a difference at the **ATT\- Boticário Group**, apply now! **Responsibilities:** * Disseminate company culture and ensure delivery of training programs (Beauty University and others). * Monitor and communicate training outcomes. * Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions. * Deliver training and evaluate its effectiveness. * Weekly reporting to Management and Executive Leadership on achieved results – training indicators – from courses available on the extranet for employee completion. * Develop participant schedules per training session and maintain attendance records for internal control purposes, aiming to measure employee engagement. * Ensure implementation of O Boticário’s customer service model. * Encourage recognition of top performances. * Analyze sales indicators to identify training needs **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of public speaking techniques, sales, products, and management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience as a trainer and/or in commercial roles is desirable. * Teaching ability, initiative, indicator analysis, and communication skills. * Minimum one-year experience as a trainer is preferred. * Commercial area experience is preferred.
