Observational attendance at hearings **JOB DESCRIPTION** **LAW INTERNSHIP – LEGAL DEPARTMENT (CIVIL LITIGATION)** A confidential company in the association sector has an opening for a **LAW INTERNSHIP**, supporting **administrative and legal routines in civil litigation**, always **under the guidance and supervision of a responsible attorney**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in drafting and organizing procedural documents and legal documents, as instructed; * Assist in legal research regarding legislation, doctrine, and case law via electronic systems; * Assist in case monitoring and internal deadline management; * Assist in organizing and conducting preliminary analysis of contracts, extrajudicial notices, and other legal documents; * Assist in **observational** attendance at hearings, when necessary. All activities will be performed under supervision and do not involve tasks reserved exclusively for attorneys. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in a Law program between the **5th and 8th semesters**; * Interest in working in civil litigation; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to deadlines; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic experience or prior internship in civil law; * Interest in legal research and procedural routines. **WORK SCHEDULE** * 6 hours per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Schedule to be agreed upon by both parties. **STIPEND AND BENEFITS** * Stipend: **R$ 1,600.00** * Transportation voucher; * Fuel station partnership; * Birthday day off; * Access to TotalPass.
