Capable of preparing strategic technical and financial proposals. **Responsibilities**Solid understanding of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and the Outsourcing Law (Law No. 13,429/2017). Understanding of subsidiary liability and legal risks. Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and trade unions by category. Familiarity with e-Social, FGTS, INSS, and labor charges. Calculation of cost per man-hour. Composition of labor charges, benefits, and taxes. Profit margin and strategic pricing. Customer Needs Analysis. Technical assessment of job positions. Team sizing (scheduling, working hours, shifts). Operational risk mapping. Matching workforce profile to client requirements (condominiums, industries, commerce, hospitals, etc.). Structuring of technical and financial proposals. Definition of SLA (Service Level Agreement). Clarity regarding responsibilities of the contracting party and service provider. Alignment of proposal with client’s tender documents or briefing. **Requirements** Sales-oriented profile with aptitude for external visits during business hours, evenings, and/or weekends; preparation of proposals and presentations; post-sales activities; mapping; strategic planning; and other related duties. Valid driver’s license (Category A or B) and personal vehicle. Employment type: Permanent CLT position. Compensation: R$1.675,00 – R$1.676,00 per month.
