Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidance provided by your supervisor, to execute delegated tasks and receive training in the basic techniques of your functional area. Responsibilities include attracting, identifying, and selecting employees possessing the competencies and skills required by the organization. This subfamily includes: talent assessment (skills evaluation, testing, ranking, reference checks, etc.), internal and external job posting (including through external agencies), proactive talent sourcing at job fairs and universities, talent planning, internal mobility, management of new hire onboarding, as well as conducting exit interviews. Candidate Requirements Responsibilities: * Collaborate and support unit/department projects. * Attract, identify, and select talent. * Conduct talent assessments (skills, tests, rankings, references, etc.). * Post job openings internally and externally. * Participate in talent planning and internal mobility. * Manage the onboarding process for new hires. * Conduct exit interviews. Technical Competencies: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in Facilities sector companies and/or high-volume recruitment environments preferred; * Postgraduate qualification in the field is a plus.
