Our client has multiple online platforms providing spiritual guidance on love, relationships, and life. They offer a vast portfolio of over 20 brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. As a senior member of the growing automation team, you will be a force multiplier for the entire Quality Assurance department. REQUIREMENTS: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. * 7\+ years of hands\-on experience in a Software Test Automation or similar role. * Knowledge of a variety of modern automation frameworks. Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium for web; Appium for Mobile App (both iOS \& Android). * Strong knowledge of both Java (Selenium) and Python (Playwright). * Experience in functional testing of web and/or mobile applications with a strong understanding of testing methodologies \& practices. * Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize the QA lifecycle. It includes using AI to assist manual teams in generating comprehensive test cases and to accelerate the development, maintenance, and optimization of E2E automation scripts through AI\-augmented coding tools. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and a proven ability to thrive in that environment. * Experience defining and executing performance/load testing strategies using tools like JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar. * Understanding of building, deploying, or managing automation infrastructure within a cloud environment (AWS preferred). * Expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Firebase, etc. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You must be passionate about working with others and about explaining complex technical concepts clearly. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Help the team design, build, and deploy the next\-generation test automation framework using modern tools (e.g., Playwright) on a cloud\-native AWS infrastructure. * Develop and maintain the existing automation suites, including the Selenium WebDriver framework for web testing (running on TeamCity) and the Appium framework for mobile testing. * Assist in ensuring that all automation (new and existing) is seamlessly integrated into the CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid, rliable feedback. You will analyze, debug, and triage test failures, reporting clear and actionable bugs and tasks. * Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, partnering closely with other QA team members and the broader Scrum team to define automation strategies for new features across both web and mobile, leveraging AI\-powered tools to drive significant gains in testing velocity and help the broader QA team convert manual requirements into executable test cases faster. * Contribute to defining the strategy, selecting tools, and executing performance, load, and stress tests to identify and help resolve system bottlenecks. * Actively partner with manual QA engineers through pair programming and code reviews to assist the wider team with automation best practices and framework contributions. * Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of a modern, scalable automation framework within AWS, setting the new standard for quality engineering at the company. * Lead the expansion into performance and load testing, providing critical data that ensures the applications are fast, reliable, and ready for primetime as we scale. * Contribute to the Automation Team's Center of Excellence and guide manual QA engineers to develop their skills toward becoming SDETs who can contribute to our automation suites and support new features, thereby scaling the team's capabilities. * Bridge the gap between existing web (Selenium) and mobile (Appium) automation efforts, helping create a more unified and efficient strategy that expands our overall regression coverage.
