Verification of documentation and quality of shipments Lead the department team, ensure effectiveness in receiving processes, comply with and disseminate the company’s policies and regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead department activities related to goods receiving; prepare areas for pallet placement; inspect area cleanliness; and initiate operations; * Monitor goods receiving; prepare the receiving area; retrieve the delivery manifest; verify the order of goods receipt; check shipment documentation (type, batch, brand, quantity); * Coordinate truck unloading; inspect overall packaging quality and seal integrity; select samples and verify compliance with purchase orders and quality standards; measure temperature inside refrigerated trucks delivering perishable goods; * Organize shipment documentation and deliver it to the invoice room for appropriate actions; * Guide proper allocation of unloaded products to their designated locations in inventory; identify pallets with batch number, product type, and expiration date; coordinate goods storage; * Notify the invoice room of any delivery discrepancies, such as incorrect quantities of goods or erroneous invoices, among others; * Receive requests from suppliers for product removal due to returns, damages, or expiration dates; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department: sweep and wash the receiving area and inventory space; perform minor repairs within the department; * Manage the use of rented pallets: conduct counts and maintain control over usage and withdrawal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Solid experience in people management; * Preferred: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in Receiving—preferably in food retail (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.)—will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** 100% on-site position **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths for each employee.
