That was only the beginning of a trajectory that led a small, innovation-driven engineering team to become a solid market reference in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing public service by receiving citizen-customers seeking digital photo services. * Verifying the citizen-customer's personal data at the start of service. * Responsible for collecting photos, fingerprints, signatures, and document digitization. * Guiding customers on the next steps of the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required (diploma and/or certificate will be requested); * Basic computer skills; * Customer service experience preferred. **Additional Information** **Employment Type**: CLT, permanent **Working Hours**: On-site, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Work Location**: Address: R. 5, 47 \- Mãe de Deus, Catalão \- GO, 75702\-230 Meal or Food Allowance paid daily via Alelo card; Transportation Allowance with 6% deduction from the benefit according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA); Co-payment Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Benefits Club; Childcare Assistance (when provided for in collective agreements or conventions).
