Come to FARM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routines related to cleaning and organizing the entire store; * Organize inventory to make merchandise access more efficient; * Inspect merchandise to ensure quality for customers; * Handle garment pressing and restocking items in the sales floor; * Operate omnichannel services together with the cashier; * Efficiently manage the process of verifying, receiving, and shipping merchandise; * Participate in inventory counts; * Support the sales team in delighting customers: * Provide support for in-store and online customer service, contributing to a more positive shopping experience; * Collaborate to keep the store attractive, organized, and delightful for customers—including maintaining order in fitting rooms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Work well in teams, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset; * Communicate effectively, with kindness in speech and active listening; * Be committed to the work environment; * Be dynamic, flexible, agile in adapting, and organized; * Be proactive and contribute to fostering a kind, delightful, and efficient store atmosphere; * Possess strategic vision to deliver results and problem-solving solutions; * High school diploma completed; * Flexible availability for working hours. **Additional Information** **Commercial team members at FARM are entitled to:** * Transportation allowance; * For your well-being and quality of life: Wellhub: physical wellness platform; Wellz: mental health and wellness platform; Medical and dental assistance, available upon enrollment fee and co-payment based on usage; Extended parental policy: 180 days for mothers, 20 days for fathers. * Birthday day off; * And the best part: discounts on FARM clothing and accessories, as well as other brands under the AZZAS Group.
