Job Summary: The Logistics Operator will be responsible for handling and maintaining agricultural machinery, inventory management, and preparing products for shipment in an industrial environment. Responsibilities: * **Machinery Handling:** Operate large-scale agricultural machinery for yard maneuvers, ensuring correct positioning per allocation guidelines. * **Equipment Operation:** Handle forklifts and pallet jacks for cargo handling, following safety regulations. * **Receiving and Inspection:** Perform incoming checklist for finished products arriving from the assembly line or parts arriving at the warehouse, verifying damage, standard items, paint integrity, and other inspection points as specified. * **Parts and Components Management:** Handle parts and components, organize and separate kits and accessories accompanying machinery for dispatch. * **Washing:** Wash and clean machinery, kits, and accessories; waxing when necessary. * **Finished Product Maintenance:** When required, replace machine components, apply protective paper wrapping, sand, perform minor touch-up painting, and polish painted parts of machines and kits in stock. * **Inventory Control:** Use data collectors and CNH systems to record the exact location of each unit in the yard and conduct cyclic counts. * **Asset Preservation:** Perform basic preventive maintenance routines; maintain equipment and tools relevant to tasks in good working condition. * **Shipment Preparation:** Prepare products (e.g., tractors, machinery, or pallets) for domestic and international markets, including container stuffing when necessary. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed high school (mandatory). * **Technical Certification:** Valid forklift operator training (up-to-date) and active driver’s license. * **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of logistics and/or assembly/mechanics, 5S methodology, storage techniques, and operation of data collectors/scanners. * **Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency in Office software and mobile devices (tablets/data collectors). * **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical course in logistics or prior experience in automotive, industrial, or port yards. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (occasional shift change to second shift if required, and sporadic Saturday work as needed).
