Join us now and apply!** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Plan, coordinate, and control domestic road, air, and port transportation operations for packaged chemical products. * Ensure compliance with current legislation governing dangerous goods transportation (ANTT Resolution 5998, ANAC regulations, IBAMA, UN regulations, among others). * Supervise adherence to operational procedures at airports, ports, and terminals, ensuring proper cargo flow, documentation, scheduling, and clearance. * Conduct direct negotiations with customs brokers, cargo terminals, logistics operators, freight agents, and approving authorities to guarantee timely execution and process efficiency. * Participate in planning and scheduling of pickups, deliveries, and shipments, respecting specific requirements for chemical product transportation and modal constraints (road, air, maritime). * Participate in cargo clearance processes with the Federal Revenue Service, ANVISA, IBAMA, and other relevant authorities, as applicable. * Lead prospecting of new clients in the chemical segment, integrated logistics, and international transportation (air and maritime). * Conduct periodic visits to active and potential clients to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and expand market share. * Maintain an active client portfolio and implement strategies to reactivate inactive clients. * Develop and qualify new logistics partners (carriers, freight agents, terminal operators, affiliated drivers). * Support the commercial team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for BID, RFI, and RFP processes. * Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans for continuous improvement. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to good practices and requirements of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Program; prior knowledge is a significant advantage. * Prepare managerial performance reports, commercial forecasts, and market analyses. **Requirements and qualifications** (O) Completed high school education (D) Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
