It employs over 19,000 direct employees across more than 4,000 stores in 1,780 Brazilian cities.* **Join us in creating beauty!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform attribute and variable analyses according to NBR 5426, control plans, and product specifications, using appropriate sampling and inspection methods. * Execute Statistical Process Control (SPC) as defined in control plans and product specifications. * Develop and monitor control charts in monitoring systems, identifying deviations and trends in attributes. * Collect variable data using measurement instruments and analysis methods appropriate to the process. * Conduct in-line testing and manage performance indicators (KPIs) of automated devices and systems. * Audit documentation and processes on production lines, ensuring record compliance. * Support root cause investigations of deviations, using quality tools such as the Ishikawa Diagram (Fishbone Diagram) and Brainstorming. * Deliver training to operators on basic concepts of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical tools. * Record and report non-conformities to Production, Quality, and Inspection managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical or Higher Education in: Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Science, Biomedicine, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Metrology, or Quality Management. * Experience in quality inspection and control, preferably in industry or distribution centers (DCs) within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sectors. * Solid experience executing analyses and product release processes. * Proficiency in laboratory and enterprise management systems (e.g., LIMS, SAP, or similar). * Ease in using data analysis tools such as **Minitab, DataLyzer, and DataMetrics**. * **Availability to work onsite during the 2nd shift on a 6x2 schedule in Camaçari/BA.** **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that Grupo Boticário is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
