Ensure execution of commercial strategies, campaigns, and mix expansion. * Monitor sales KPIs—including coverage, positive placement, launch distribution, negotiation execution, and in-store presence. Conduct field routines, including visits, route planning, supervision, and coaching. * Collaborate closely with Trade and distributors to enhance performance. Develop the region’s tactical plan by analyzing data, performance, and opportunities. * Ensure achievement of sales targets, execution standards, and sustainable growth. Develop succession plans and internal talent pipelines. Serve as ambassador of culture, discipline, and commercial excellence within the territory. * Manage teams across extensive territories featuring diverse business realities and commercial maturity levels. Increase mix and execution in competitive scenarios. Develop consultants at various career levels (junior, mid-level, senior). Manage pressure for rapid deliverables without compromising quality.
