Conduct investigations into stock discrepancies, identifying root causes together with involved departments. Develop and monitor loss, deviation, SLA, and recurrence control indicators and dashboards. Coordinate issue resolution workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, corrective and preventive actions are recorded, and escalations occur when necessary.
