Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Conduct critical analyses of maintenance and reliability indicators to transform data and information into clear diagnostics, supporting decision-making by responsible areas and guiding high-impact actions. * Prepare analytical performance and reliability reports to highlight trends, recurring deviations, and operational risks—going beyond indicator presentation to propose executive-level data interpretations. * Identify probable root causes of deviations using historical data to support technical areas in correctly prioritizing issues and avoiding superficial or reactive analyses. * Propose data-driven improvement actions and root cause analysis to increase asset reliability, reduce failure recurrence, and improve maintenance efficiency. * Link maintenance indicators to operational and financial impact, demonstrating how failures, unplanned downtime, and technical decisions affect plant results. * Act as a technical facilitator during failure analyses and PDCA cycles, supporting responsible areas in structuring analytical reasoning, ensuring methodological consistency and focus on root cause. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions by monitoring indicators before and after interventions to verify whether expected outcomes were achieved. * Support coordinators and supervisors with in-depth analyses, providing technical input for strategic decisions, resource prioritization, and action plan definition. * Foster a culture of critical analysis and data-driven decision-making, contributing to the maturity of responsible areas and reducing reliance on intuitive or subjective analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of problem investigation methodologies (PDCA, RCA, FMEA); * Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, failure recurrence), with emphasis on analysis and decision-making; * Experience with maintenance ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM), including critical reading and interpretation of data. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in regulated industrial environments (pharmaceutical industry preferred); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Postgraduate qualification in Reliability, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management is a plus. **Additional Information** **\+ Details** Work Location (On-site): Embu das Artes – São Paulo.
