Its controlling shareholder is the Colombian company ISA, holding 35.82% of the total capital. **If you’re interested and believe you’re the right person, join your energy with ours!** What you see least is what we care about most! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess and manage regulatory compliance for the Company’s processes (Investments, O&M, among others) * Regulatory Management of Reinforcements & Improvements (Classification, Authorizations, Administrative Appeals) * Monitoring of Regulatory Authority Inspections (ANEEL, ARSESP, etc.) * Participate in regulation enhancement initiatives promoted by ANEEL/MME, including Public Hearings and Public Consultations * Develop a relationship strategy with ANEEL, MME, and ONS * Regulatory Management of processes related to participation in Transmission Auctions * Interact with external stakeholders and sector entities (MME, ANEEL, ONS, ABRATE, ABDIB, Distribution Companies, etc.) to align positions favoring the development of the transmission sector * Collaborate with other departments within the company to foster a regulatory culture and proactively enable necessary adjustments to systems and processes * Continuously assess ANEEL and MME rulings and prepare and/or coordinate petitions, responses, and administrative appeals arising therefrom * Prepare regulatory opinions on topics relevant to the activities of various departments of the Company * Work jointly with technical departments to prevent or resolve conflicts with government agencies (ANEEL, MME, ONS, and EPE), safeguarding ISA ENERGIA BRASIL’s interests * Support the strategic planning process of ISA ENERGIA BRASIL and its subsidiaries, providing guidance on business operations from a regulatory perspective, among other duties pertinent to the area **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Solid knowledge: Energy Sector Regulation * Preferred: Experience with other sector players, especially in the electric power transmission segment, and intermediate-level Spanish and English language skills **WHAT CONNECTS US!** * Problem-solving profiles * Valuing teamwork * Knowledge sharing * Believing sustainability can help the world * Digital transformation and innovation capability **Additional Information** **Location:** Morumbi – São Paulo/SP **Working Hours:** Business hours, Monday to Friday **Work Modality:** On-site with hybrid option (3 days at the office and 2 days remote) **TO KEEP YOU CONNECTED WITH US!** * To support your health and well-being, we offer a quality-of-life program called Vida 360°.
