Quality control and product standardization. **WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):** * **The Art of Baking:** Produce bread (sweet and savory), fermented doughs, and basic pastry items, ensuring the flavor and quality that retain our customers. * **Planning:** Organize daily production (mise en place), prepare ingredients, and ensure freshly baked bread is always available in the display case or restaurant buffet. * **Quality Control:** Monitor baking time and proper fermentation to guarantee visual and flavor standards of products. * **Kitchen Care:** Keep your workstation, equipment (dough mixer, dough sheeter, oven), and utensils clean and organized at all times. * **Management:** Assist in inventory control of supplies (flour, yeast, etc.) to avoid waste. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU (REQUIREMENTS):** * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Baker (practical knowledge of various dough types is essential). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in manual shaping, dough sheeter operation, and oven management. * **Profile:** We seek someone punctual, organized, and eager to grow alongside the company. * **Availability:** Rotating schedule 6x1 (weekly days off plus one Sunday per month). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Salary: R$ 2\.500,00** (Above market average); * **Career Plan:** Real opportunity for professional growth based on performance; * **Full on-site meal (Lunch);** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance.
