Focus on safety and workplace organization JOB DESCRIPTION: * Must be over 18 years old * Must own a motorcycle * Driver's license category A * Completed secondary education * Experience in sanitation (preferred) * 30% hazard allowance * **Installation:** Assemble and install pipes made of various materials (PVC, copper, steel), valves, faucets, sanitary ware, showerheads, water tanks, sprinklers, and fire suppression systems. * **Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, identify and fix leaks, unclog drains, toilets, and septic tanks, and repair sanitary fixtures. * **Reading and Planning:** Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to plan installations. * **Testing:** Conduct pressure and leak-tightness tests to ensure proper operation and sealing of systems. * **Safety and Organization:** Use PPE, identify hazardous areas, keep tools and the workplace clean and organized, and dispose of waste properly. * **Reporting:** Complete service reports and manage material inventory.
