Employee management and customer service **Prior work experience required.** Responsibilities: Guide, supervise, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); Monitor private-label product production processes; Provide customer service; Manage departmental shift scheduling, arrange substitutes when necessary, execute checklists, and fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial departments; Manage departmental employees and handle matters related to the department. Schedule: Monday to Saturday (days off on Sundays).
