Manage MRP, analyze production capacity, and perform sequencing. Monitor and control operational indicators (plan adherence, inventory levels, production performance). Direct interface with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service departments. Manage and develop the PCP team. Work with SAP ERP (MM/PP). Actively participate in SAP implementation or stabilization processes. Make decisions focused on results and operational performance. Work in a dynamic environment with a high level of demand and pressure. Previous experience as a Planning Supervisor, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, or Planning Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
