




Job Summary: The PCP Analyst will be responsible for formalizing the production plan, developing the production schedule, monitoring indicators, managing raw materials, and tracking manufacturing capacity. Track the production flow, identify deviations, and negotiate deadlines **PCP ANALYST** Formalize the production plan; Develop the production schedule to achieve optimal resource utilization and adherence to production plans; Monitor and analyze productivity, scheduling, and deadline indicators; Plan and manage raw materials for production; Monitor and track pending procurement items to ensure supply meets manufacturing requirements; Evaluate and monitor manufacturing capacity; Define and communicate process lead times and conduct daily production tracking; Monitor the production flow, collect production data, identify deviations in the production process, and define corrective actions; Compare planned versus actual output and report any scheduling deviations to supervisors; Negotiate delivery deadlines with relevant departments; Prepare control charts and reports. Bachelor’s degree completed: Production Management or related fields.
