Planning preventive and corrective maintenance **Maintenance Planning Analyst \- Colombo/PR** We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst to join an established plastic injection manufacturing company located in Colombo\-PR, specializing in the automotive segment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan maintenance services (preventive and corrective), scheduling maintenance orders in accordance with PCP requirements. * Monitor maintenance activities together with the maintenance and tooling teams. * Ensure execution of maintenance plans (preventive and predictive). * Analyze the quality of services provided and spare parts supplied. * Analyze and control performance indicators – KPIs (MTBF \- Mean Time Between Failures, MTTR \- Mean Time To Repair, machine availability, etc.) * Manage maintenance software (Manusis) * Analyze and control departmental costs. * Manage spare parts inventory and conduct semi-annual inventory audits. * Liaise with spare parts and service suppliers for quotations and activity planning; * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and associated costs; **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related roles * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or holding a completed technical diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering; Salary negotiable \- market competitive Payment: starting from R$1.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
