Conduct direct interface with customers for portal updates and operational negotiations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Technical Knowledge:** Experience in order tracking, planning, or related areas; ERP system knowledge; Basic understanding of production processes, logistics, quality, and Production Control Planning (PCP); Ability to read and interpret contracts and deadlines; Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for control and tracking.
