"We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion—to apply." **Job Description** * Manage, organize, and supervise material storage cages * Ensure activities are carried out in an organized, safe, and documented manner * Reduce risks to staff and customers, ensuring legal compliance * Strengthen safety culture * Preventive, advisory, and documentary actions across service fronts * Activities related to Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) * Conduct PRAs jointly with the client and teams * Deliver Daily Safety Talks (DDS) to operations and maintenance teams * Identify activity-specific risks such as electrical, mechanical, working at height, railway, among others * Record control measures, Engineering Controls (EPCs), Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs), and personnel responsible for safe execution * Assess and approve working conditions prior to commencement of activities * Update PRAs whenever there are changes in scope, team, weather, or environment * Align with internal procedures and client safety policies * Record evidence for auditing and traceability, such as signatures, photos, and checklists * Prepare and maintain required documentation for site access and job execution at the client’s location * Control Work Permits, Service Orders, certificates of mandatory training, Admission Medical Examinations (ASOs), and records of PRAs and DDSs * Organize physical and digital folders for internal audits, client audits, or regulatory inspections * Monitor validity deadlines and request renewals * Ensure all employees possess complete and readily available documentation * Issue and update EPI delivery and control forms * Record EPI delivery, exchange, return, and loss per employee * Verify validity, certification, and condition of use of equipment * Manage inventory, deadlines, and replenishment via spreadsheets or systems * Coordinate with stores and procurement departments to guarantee availability * Train employees on correct usage, maintenance, and hygiene of EPIs * Field inspections and operational support * Conduct periodic inspections at work fronts * Verify implementation of measures defined in PRAs * Monitor critical activities such as live-work, load handling, confined space entry, and working at height * Produce technical reports with photos, non-conformance findings, and recommendations * Continuously guide teams on safe procedures and best practices * Participate in safety meetings with the client * Report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances * Support development and follow-up of action plans * Ensure compliance with client-established safety requirements **Qualifications** Driver's license Category B — for travel between work fronts. Availability for travel and working different shifts. Organizational skills to maintain documentation, EPI forms, and records up to date.
