




The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative activities of the concrete plant, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes, document control, customer and supplier service, and support in organization. Works in an integrated manner with the production, commercial, and finance departments. Main responsibilities * Provide telephone and in-person service to customers, suppliers, and employees * Verify and record invoices and bank slips * Enter concrete orders into the system and monitor delivery scheduling * Control and organize physical and digital documents * Prepare payment receipts and organize supporting documents * Register customers and suppliers * Support HR with timekeeping control, PPE distribution, and employee document organization * Maintain office organization and oversee the unit’s administrative routines * Prepare spreadsheets for internal controls Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.180,88 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) * Administration (Mandatory) * Customer Service (Mandatory)
