Focus on organization, discipline, and effective communication Ensure all goods handled by Biotech are accurately verified, organized, identified, and released, guaranteeing physical integrity, traceability, compliance with quality procedures, and efficiency in the logistics flow—directly contributing to cargo security and excellence in customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **physical and documentary receipt and verification** of goods, checking quantities, volumes, packaging, identification, and compliance with invoices, purchase orders, and loading instructions; * Conduct **packaging integrity checks**, reporting any damage, tampering, discrepancies, or non-conformities per Biotech’s quality procedures; * Carry out **loading and unloading of vehicles**, ensuring organization, proper arrangement, securing, and protection of cargo; * Ensure all vehicles are **properly sealed, identified, and released**, in accordance with operational and traceability protocols; * Organize cargo by **destination, product type, route, and priority**, supporting improved routing, space optimization, and risk reduction; * Complete, verify, and maintain up-to-date all **operational records**, checklists, loading sheets, verification logs, and incident reports; * Collaborate closely with **dispatch, transportation, quality, and operations teams**, ensuring smooth logistics processes; * Maintain **cleanliness, organization, and safety** in the workplace, complying with good practices, biosafety, and occupational safety standards; * Immediately report any **deviation, irregularity, or risk** identified to the supervisor or quality department. **Desired Technical Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Prior experience in stock checking, logistics, dispatch, warehousing, or operations (preferred); * Ability to read and verify invoices, labels, barcodes, and quantities; * Basic knowledge of cargo control, organization, and traceability; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, with possibility of overtime and shift coverage. **Preferred Qualifications for This Role:** * **Organization and discipline** – maintains processes, records, and workspace under control; * **Effective communication** – reports deviations, questions, and incidents clearly and objectively; * **Teamwork** – collaborates with drivers, dispatch staff, supervisors, and colleagues; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
