About the Position Pink Farms is seeking a professional to perform operational tasks from planting preparation through harvesting and packaging of vegetables, with strong attention to hygiene and care for plants. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:31 PM (one-hour lunch break) during weekdays; Sundays, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, once every three weekends. * Oversee all vegetable production activities in a controlled environment—from planting through harvesting; * Perform processing, packaging, and storage of produce; * Prepare substrates and reagents; * Ensure equipment safety and maintenance, workplace and personal cleanliness and hygiene, prevent contamination, and guarantee product quality; * Maintain organized storage of products within cold rooms, manage expiration dates, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as mandated by Sanitary Surveillance; * Properly use PPE provided by the company. Requirements / Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Exceptional personal hygiene; * Strong commitment; * Willingness to follow rules and protocols.
