




Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service in dairy departments, operating machinery, organizing the section, and complying with hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Receive orders at the counter, provide product information, select, weigh, package, and price items courteously to satisfy customers; Operate deli slicers to cut cold cuts according to specifications and requested quantities: place raw pieces into the compartment, adjust the blade to the desired slice thickness, activate the equipment, and slice the product by moving the piece against the cutting blade; Serve customers for dairy product sales. Receive orders at the counter and cut raw pieces into slices, cubes, or portions. Under leadership guidance, relocate products displayed for sale that are nearing expiration to minimize departmental losses; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment under their responsibility; Use equipment appropriately to enhance productivity and minimize departmental losses and equipment breakdowns; Ensure proper storage, organization, disinfection, preservation, cleaning, and safety of counters, equipment, instruments, and work-specific utensils, as well as of premises, promptly reporting any irregularities. Prevent accidents and pest proliferation to ensure proper handling of products; Provide courteous service in compliance with company-established norms and procedures, consistently pursuing excellence in customer service; Know and comply with hygiene and safety regulations related to proper product handling; Use company-provided systems and resources appropriately to perform assigned tasks in accordance with established norms and procedures.
