Commitment to hygiene, quality, and resource conservation **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare daily meals following the menu designed by the nutritionist; Adhere to nutritional guidelines, portion sizes, and cooking methods; Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet demand while minimizing food waste; Wash dishes; Maintain hygiene and organization in the kitchen and dining area before, during, and after meals; Clean utensils, equipment, and surfaces; Submit monthly purchase requests to the procurement department: food items, bread, and fruits/vegetables.
