Check the details about this position: * Train and capacitate the pharmacy team to perform tasks pertinent to each role within the pharmacy department; * Monitor the management of high-risk medications subject to special control; * Supervise the verification and restocking of emergency carts across units; * Conduct periodic inspections of pharmacy environments to maintain clean and organized spaces; * Supervise medication compounding, observing Good Preparation Practices to ensure medications are provided at the correct dose, volume, and dilution according to patients’ needs, mitigating risks of microbiological contamination; * Ensure all medications are correctly transferred between units and dispensed in the system, preventing billing errors and dispersion; * Control medication stability by adopting necessary technical procedures to avoid unnecessary medication losses and store them safely; * Supervise Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance investigations and conduct critical analysis of collected data; * Supervise control of operating room sheets; * Conduct inventories whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe that **care** begins with preparation and intention, this may be the right place for you.
