If you identify with us, come join the \#BlueBloodFamily The Junior Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: Managing proposals and preparing reports on sales executed, closed, and canceled; Supporting customers in the post-sales phase and providing assistance regarding sales proposals, delivery dates, etc.; Supporting Sales Representatives in order processing: monitoring order scheduling and delivery deadlines, informing consortium group statuses, updating sales tables, verifying production reports for commission payments, etc.; Periodically issuing purchase requisitions for materials (e.g., disposable items, food, office supplies), monitoring material inventory levels, accessing and entering requests directly into the online platform; Managing cash flow for hiring service providers for emergency maintenance at point-of-sale locations, etc.; Preparing and issuing monthly reports, summary charts, statistical maps, etc., for management evaluation and assessment of the company’s commercial performance; Daily support to employees, advising them on benefits, clarifying questions about salary payments and other payroll events (e.g., vacations, deductions), distributing meal vouchers, collecting document signatures, etc.; Monitoring employee attendance, generating reports and recording absences, receiving medical certificates, and compiling data for payroll processing; Receiving job candidates for interviews and tests, keeping them informed about process progress, inviting them for hiring upon approval, guiding them on required personal documents, scheduling admission medical exams, forwarding files for registration, and overseeing new employee onboarding—including orientation on internal rules, procedures, and policies; Performing other duties related to the position, as determined by the supervisor. Employment type is CLT, and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:18 p.m., with a 1 hour and 30-minute break.
