We are looking for a Help Desk Assistant to support internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of productivity tools, providing administrative support to the IT department, and assisting employees on a daily basis. We seek an organized, communicative individual with a willingness to learn, who enjoys helping others and has an affinity for technology. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level support to internal users; * Assist users with requests related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive); * Support the creation, organization, and troubleshooting of files and folders in OneDrive; * Register, track, and update support tickets; * Support the IT team with administrative tasks; * Record and manage departmental accounts in internal systems; * Assist in organizing controls, spreadsheets, and simple reports; * Escalate more complex tickets to the responsible team when necessary. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in IT currently underway are desirable); * Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Help Desk or Technical Support; * Basic user support knowledge; * Experience with internal systems or ERPs; * Interest in growing and developing within the IT field.
