This is an opportunity to interact with almost all technical areas of the company, fostering significant collaboration among different teams. A glimpse into your daily responsibilities: * Assist in configuring and managing Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring. * Collaborate in collecting, correlating, and developing log-based triggers to identify operational issues and support business reporting. * Help create performance reports and dashboards based on APM metrics, correlating them with infrastructure data. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and develop performance-related and business-level triggers. * Assist in documenting monitoring processes, procedures, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the environment. * Provide support in triaging and resolving tickets related to system performance and monitoring.
