Support in HR Administration routines Position: Generalist HR Analyst Focus on Recruitment & Selection | Industrial Environment An industrial-sector company is seeking a **Generalist HR Analyst**, with strategic involvement in **Recruitment and Selection** and knowledge of **HR Administration** routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes (operational, technical, and administrative); * Align candidate profiles with factory leadership and administrative departments; * Post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and prepare evaluation reports; * Monitor R&S metrics and manage deadlines; * Support onboarding and integration of new employees; * Assist with HR Administration routines (hiring, vacations, terminations, time tracking, benefits administration, and payroll verification); * Provide employee support; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields; * Prior HR experience, preferably in the industrial sector; * Experience in high-volume recruitment (operational positions); * Knowledge of HR Administration routines; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits (food basket, transportation allowance, Porto Seguro life insurance, pharmacy benefit plan, Hapvida NotreDame health plan).
