Environment organization and cleaning to ensure excellence Job Description: Position Summary: We seek a professional to join our dining room team, providing support in customer service. The Cumim will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, environment organization and cleaning, as well as table, trolley, and station setup and breakdown. The role must consistently comply with hygiene, organization, and customer service excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waiters during service, promptly responding to their requests; * Serve food and beverages to customers as instructed; * Collect waste and used utensils from tables within their assigned station; * Support table setup, alignment, and organization; * Clean and organize dining room utensils and equipment; * Collect utensils from tables after customer service; * Provide support for Room Service activities when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in public service; * Restaurant or similar establishment service experience is desirable; * Flexible availability. **Benefits Offered:** * Medical assistance (50% covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental plan (100% covered by the company); * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * From 4:30 PM to 12:50 AM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Remuneration:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1,697.00 per month; * **Average commission: R$ 1,200.00 per month** * Additional earnings possible based on performance.
