It offers online advertising solutions to maximize campaign reach and conversion. **Responsibilities:** Serve delinquent customers to negotiate debts across various communication channels. Clarify doubts regarding invoices, due dates, interest, and payment methods. Register and update information in the financial system, tracking payment commitments and status. Send duplicate invoices, formalize agreements, and resolve collection issues. Provide post-payment support, including due date changes and resolution of outstanding issues. Propose solutions such as installment plans and agreements within company guidelines.
