




Job Summary: A professional to work in various customer service positions, including coffee station, display case, Grab & Go, and dining area, ensuring product and environmental organization and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in multiple customer service and preparation roles. 2. Focus on quality and organization of the environment and products. 3. Development of skills in food and beverage operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * For daytime shifts (morning and afternoon), there are 4 attendants. * For the night shift (overnight), there are 2 attendants. * All receive the same training and perform the same duties, rotating positions according to scheduling and supervision/management organization. **1st. Coffee Station Position** * Turn on, operate, clean, and turn off the coffee machine; * Serve Starbucks menu coffees; * Restock coffee machines; serve teas, juices, and refreshers; * Keep the area clean; * Clean utensils and organize the washing area. * Restock the to-go station: sachets, cutlery, napkins, bags, straws. **2nd. Display Case Position** * Constantly monitor the quantity of savory items in the display case to prevent spoilage or shortages; * Prepare snacks – slice and plate: Bolo de rolo, mini cheese bread, and seasonal items; * Heat savory items requested by customers; * Check and record temperatures of hot and cold display cases; * Label products with expiration dates and verify that all items are within their validity period; * Package items for takeout; * Clean display cases inside and out, remove base trays, and always refill the water reservoir. **3rd. Grab \& Go Position** * Sanitize cans before placing them on display in the Grab \& Go section; * Restock refrigerators, ensuring cold beverages are placed at the front and warm ones at the back; check cleanliness of can openings; * Restock sandwiches (verify expiration dates daily, adhering to First Expired, First Out – FEFO); * Restock dry goods on product display shelves; * Check display case temperatures and record them on the control log sheet; * Verify expiration dates before placing products on display; * Clean and organize display units. **4th. Dining Area Position** * Clean and set tables; * Restock the service counter (dining area support): paper towels, napkins, cutlery; * Clean chairs, floors, and window frames; * Clean, restock, and verify expiration dates for olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, stirrers, and other items displayed on tables; * Sanitize customer sink; * Maintain constant organization and cleanliness of the dining area, mopping the floor as needed; * Empty trash bins. **Requirements:** * Practical customer service skills; * Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage operations; • Good verbal communication skills; * Dynamic and influential personality; **Compensation: R$2\.000 / R$2\.400
