This program was designed to ensure you begin your journey with confidence, technical expertise, and high performance. **Responsibilities \|** * Conduct personalized assessments and recommend/perform aesthetic procedures with excellence; * Sell and upsell treatment packages during client consultations; * Support client prospecting and contribute to strengthening the clinic’s regional presence; * Ensure humanized service focused on client experience and satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science or Pharmacy; * Postgraduate qualification in Aesthetics; * Active registration with CRBM and/or CRF; * Experience in sales and public-facing service; * Commercial mindset, proactivity, and results orientation. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); * Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). **Compensation and Benefits** * Initial fixed salary: R$ 3\.724,00 * Variable commissions (average earnings between R$ 4\.000,00 and R$ 10\.000,00\) * Hazard pay allowance: 20% * Birthday bonus: R$ 200,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 738,00 (no deduction) * Transportation allowance paid in cash * Health insurance plan * Exclusive discounts on aesthetic procedures * Educational partnerships for continuous professional development Why choose Biavatti \|?
