Key Responsibilities * Support, guide, and motivate 50–100 Amazon Associates under your direct supervision * Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment * Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours * Willingness and ability to regularly work rotating shifts that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs. Although shift patterns vary by location, most follow a fixed 3x2 workweek. * Supervise truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable), and intervene when necessary • Work in an environment with varying noise levels • Lift up to 22 kilograms and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach * Climb up and down stairs (where applicable) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Completed a degree in Engineering or related field within the last 24 months [OR] currently enrolled in the final semester of an undergraduate program [OR] pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Engineering or related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English (B2+) or higher Amazon is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
