This program was designed to ensure you begin your journey with confidence, technical knowledge, and high performance. **Responsibilities** | * Conduct personalized assessments and recommend/perform aesthetic procedures with excellence; * Sell and upsell treatment packages during patient consultations; * Support client prospecting and contribute to strengthening the clinic’s regional presence; * Deliver humanized service focused on customer experience and satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science or Pharmacy; * Postgraduate qualification in Aesthetics; * Active registration with CRBM and/or CRF; * Experience in sales and public-facing customer service; * Commercial mindset, proactivity, and results orientation. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); * Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting fixed salary: R$ 3.724,00 * Variable commissions (average earnings between R$ 4.000,00 and R$ 10.000,00) * Hazard pay allowance: 20% * Birthday bonus: R$ 200,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 738,00 (no deductions) * Transportation allowance paid in cash * Health insurance plan * Exclusive discounts on aesthetic procedures * Educational partnerships for continuous development Why choose Biavatti | São Bernardo do Campo (SP)?
