Focus on error and contamination reduction, and compliance with standards **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the department's and role's challenges:** This person will serve as the technical responsible for the units and provide customer service to Grupo Fleury clients. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands the needs of internal and external customers, prioritizing humanized service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. **About the Department:** Responsible for technical oversight of customer service at the units; Our focus is on service excellence and patient procedure safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect biological specimens for clinical/pathological analyses; * Ensure specimen quality and safe customer service through verification of medical requisitions and patient data, instrument preparation, and customer guidance; * Support the workflow of specimen collection examinations by managing the pending tasks desk and directing tasks to other assistants; * Handle complex cases, such as special and pediatric collections, by overseeing and executing the entire process; * Ensure excellent customer service by complying with quality standards and regulations, providing guidance and clarifying questions related to performed activities; * Contribute to error and contamination reduction in collections by implementing hygiene and quality procedures; **We are looking for someone who has: ** Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine; Active CRBM registration – with clinical analysis qualification; Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
