Proactivity and willingness to learn **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Will be responsible for preparing, applying, and completing the electrostatic powder coating process on metal surfaces, ensuring uniform and high-quality finishes in accordance with the company’s technical and safety standards. Works under direct supervision, performing operational tasks with a focus on learning and continuous technical development. * Apply electrostatic powder coating to metal parts using appropriate booths, spray guns, and application equipment; * Assist in moving parts onto hooks or conveyor belts; * Perform pre-heating and curing of parts in ovens according to technical specifications; * Conduct visual quality control of the finish (texture, coverage, color, absence of defects); * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the booth and painting area; **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic knowledge of electrostatic powder coating; * Must reside in Sumaré - SP or nearby cities. * Knowledge of epoxy painting. * Ability to work with attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Responsibility regarding deadlines and safety * Teamwork * Organization **BENEFITS**: Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Meal allowance R$260.00; Pharmacy network; Dental plan; and Qualification Program.
