Responsibilities: \- Receive and identify customers' needs \- Explain products and services to customers \- Sell beauty services and products (Services: manicure/pedicure, foot spa, express blowout, hair coloring, realignment, self-esteem, personal care, nail treatment, strengthening, growth) \- Conduct active sales via phone and WhatsApp \- Prospect new customers \- Perform post-sales follow-up \- Customer service \- Administrative and operational tasks for the company . Investigate and resolve customer complaints Qualifications Good listener, persistence, emotional control, and willingness.
