




Job Summary: This position involves general administrative support, document organization, inventory control, and assistance to departments such as Human Resources and Occupational Safety. Collaboration with various departments, including HR and Occupational Safety. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the immediate supervisor and other departments with tasks such as information recording, document organization and preparation, material inventory control, and other administrative activities. * Assist in organizing, typing, and filing documents. * Prepare reports and control spreadsheets as instructed. * Perform material inventory control. * Carry out external administrative services. * Support HR activities, such as controlling employee time records. * Distribute PPEs to employees and record them on the control sheet. * Support documentation for employee onboarding and transfers. * Support the Occupational Safety department in its area-specific requirements. * Participate in client meetings. * Guide new employees regarding area-specific responsibilities, accompanying them and facilitating their familiarity with the workplace. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Six months of experience in administrative routines. * Driver’s license category B.
