Strong interpersonal skills and people management ***Fixed Salary (TO BE AGREED) **Responsibilities:** - Team management (daily routines, achievement of goals and deadlines, ensuring service quality, work hour control, shift scheduling, etc.). - Oversight of material receiving, storage, picking, shipping, transportation, and delivery processes. - Managing and monitoring quotations, negotiations, and contracting of independent/third-party carriers. - Fleet administration. - Planning and approving transportation routes. - Improving existing logistics processes. - Monitoring operational processes and evaluating their outcomes. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics; valid Brazilian driver’s license category B. Strong interpersonal skills and people management ability. Prior experience in this role and solid knowledge of the transportation sector required.
