Come write your story with Lokamig! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, coordinate, and guide operational teams. * Manage work schedules, timekeeping, vacations, and administrative routines. * Ensure adherence to operational schedules, SLAs, and agreed service levels. * Develop and implement process optimization strategies aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs. * Manage the client-dedicated fleet, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Analyze and apply contractual clauses, ensuring compliance. * Manage fleet mobilization and demobilization processes. * Monitor employee performance and propose continuous improvements. * Plan and deliver technical, operational, and behavioral training. * Supervise and refine operational controls. * Guarantee service quality. * Control contract measurement closing and approval. * Serve as the primary contact point for the contract with the client. * Conduct periodic visits to operational units. * Participate in meetings with the client. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in operations supervision, preferably in large-scale contracts or industrial environments. * Knowledge of fleet management, contracts, SLAs, performance indicators, and operational control. * Organizational skills, discipline, and sense of priority. * Experience managing teams, work schedules, timekeeping, and administrative routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Willingness to travel and visit operational units. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance or mobility benefit; * Meal/food allowance (R$ 595.00/month); * Health insurance (partially subsidized by the company); * Dental insurance (100% paid by the employee); * Total Pass; * Group life insurance; * Benefits club.
