We seek a **Senior Procurement Specialist**, responsible for strategic category management—ensuring optimal commercial conditions, cost reduction, supply continuity, quality, and compliance. This role interfaces with clinical and administrative departments, serving as both technical and commercial reference, directly contributing to operational efficiency and company results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the end-to-end procurement process for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals—from demand identification through contracting and supply monitoring; * Develop and execute sourcing strategies, tenders, and quotation processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP); * Conduct market analyses, comparative studies, and strategic recommendations; * Develop and qualify suppliers, ensuring documentation, compliance, and relationship management; * Conduct complex negotiations (price, delivery timelines, logistics, consignment, rebates, SLAs, lead time); * Manage contracts, pricing tables, and supply agreements; * Proactively mitigate stockout risks and ensure continuity of critical items; * Collaborate with technical departments on item standardization, rationalization, and substitution with equivalents; * Monitor performance indicators (savings, stockouts, service level, inventory turnover, coverage, OTIF, PMP); * Support audits and compliance routines, ensuring adherence to internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Senior Procurement Specialist in the medical supplies and pharmaceuticals category; * Experience in strategic negotiation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analyses, KPIs); * Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Totvs, MV, Protheus, or similar); * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or related areas is desirable; * Experience in health plan operators, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare networks; * Knowledge of spend analysis; * Familiarity with compliance routines and supplier qualification; * Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; * Analytical mindset and results orientation; * Strong organizational skills and sense of priority; * Clear communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity and strategic vision; * Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: BRL 42.00/day (with symbolic deduction of BRL 1.00/month); * Transportation Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Health Insurance (no payroll deduction); * Dental Insurance (no payroll deduction); * Total Pass (well-being and physical activity); * Discounts with educational institutions; * Leve Corporate University.
